How To Book Floorfillerz

The first thing to do is contact Floorfillerz and ask all your relevant questions plus give details of what you require, and when.


You can do this by:


1. Checking Availability and Filling in the Request Info form on the 'Enquiry' page.


2. Asking your own specific questions on the 'Contact' page.


3. Emailing simon@floorfillerzmobiledisco.co.uk


4. Giving us a phone call


You'll then receive a completely no obligation quote for your event or party. You then decide whether you've got all the information you require (If not ask us more questions) and whether you would like to book Floorfillerz.


Once you've made that decision, a 25% deposit (payable by Cheque, Cash, Credit Card, PayPal or online banking (BACS)) secures the booking.


As soon as the deposit has been paid, you'll initially receive electronic confirmation that your event is booked. You'll receive a PDF copy of your Receipt/Invoice as well as an electronic version of your Event Form.


The Event form is where you list all the specific songs you would like played, the musical genre, the theme of the event, special timings, additional requests and much more. It helps me create a bespoke night that is tailored just for you.


To back this up you will receive a physical Booking Information Pack through the post. This consists of:


* Full written confirmation of your Event showing the date, time and venue


* A receipt for your deposit


* An invoice


* The Booking Terms and Conditions
